Application of flash dryer

The flash dryer is suitable for drying various starches such as tapioca/cassava starch, sweet potato starch, potato starch, corn starch and wheat starch, and can also be used for other heat-sensitive powder or sheet materials that require rapid drying.

The Technical Design of flash dryer

The flash dryer adopts negative pressure drying, and the wet material is sucked into the drying air duct through the tail fan. The pressure inside the drying air duct is small, and the pressure outside is large, so it is not easy to run out of powder during the working process.

The pulse tube is designed with one section of thin tube and one section of thick tube to reduce the speed of material passing, prolong the residence time of material and ensure the drying effect.

Flash dryer controlling system

Adopt automatic chain control, through the prediction of the feed moisture and the temperature of the inlet and outlet air, automatically adjust the feed volume and air intake volume of the entire drying system, at the air inlet of the dryer, the air inlet of the cyclone separator and the temperature control point is set at the exhaust air duct to better control the temperature, thereby ensuring the stability of the moisture content of the product.
