Working principle
Firstly converting the cold air through the heat ex-changer to get the dry air, then the dry air contact with the loose powdery wet material, and absorbs the heat to vaporize the water, so as to achieve the purpose of drying the material.Two-stage airflow drying is suitable for loose powdery and fine-grained materials with a moisture content of ≤50%. During the drying process, the hot airflow and the wet material flow in two phases (downstream), and the powdery materials are highly dispersed in the airflow in a suspended state, making the two phases.The specific surface area of the heat transfer between the phases is greatly increased, and the heat transfer coefficient is more than 20 times that of the rotary dryer.
