How to Design the Type of Wood-fire Garri Fryer.

There is some types of garri fryer what we designed , please allow me to explained it one by one

1. Electricity

If power is enough and cheaper cost, you can choose electricity

2. Natural gas

if natural gas is cheaper than others material, you can choose it.

3. Diesel oil

If diesel oil is cheaper than others, you can choose it

4. Wood-fire

That’s a different design ,some clients required fuel wood-fire because there is no power and unstable, and also cheaper cost. So the design will be like that

Considering the diesel oil cost increased it too much, and reducing the production cost too, now the wood -fire garri fryer is more popular,so how to design the type of wood-fire garri fryer, please allow us to explain it one bye one.

1.Heating supplying

1)Using a conduction oil furnace to provide heating to five garri fryer.

2)The fuel material by wood-fire

3)There is a blast blower with conduction oil furnace

2.Working principle

1)Feeding wood-fire into conduction oil furnace,

2)Open the blast blower,then blasting the wood-fire until the temperature meet the fryer requirement,

3)After temperature is ok, using high temperature oil pump,pumping heating into the garri fryer.

4)And aslo, There are two valves with each garri fryer, we can control the temperature and feeding by two valves.

5)if temperature is ok,closed the valve, then the heating conduction oil feeding into next fryer,

6)but if temperature is not ok, open the valves, then feeding back conduction oil to conduction oil furnace, then heating again. After temperature is ok, then feeding back into garri fryer again.

7)that’s a cycle process, which can save energy consumption,reducing loss.

If using wood fire for conduction oil furnace, the main energy consumption for your garri factory

1.Electricity: you can use generator

2.Wood-fire :may be it’s free in local, if free, so no cost

3.Conduction oil : feeding 1250L first time ,then cycling using, just a little little consumption, it can be ignored it in short time.

4. Finally, the main energy cost just electricity
