How to make garri from cassava roots?

Garri is is a popular in West African ,as a stabel food, an classified as a starchy or carbohydrate food obtained from raw cassava roots.

According to the different favor requirement,there is two types of Garri, one white garri,another one yellow garri.the white garri do not need mix palm oil,but yellow garri need mix with the palm oil before frying and sieving. Please allow me to explain to you how to make garri from cassava roots.
Steps for making cassava into garri,
Step 1: Harvesting the fresh cassava tubers from cassava plantation

Step 2: Transportation the fresh cassava roots to garri factory by truck.
Step 3: Storage the fresh cassava tubers at factory
Step 4: Washing ,cleaning & peeling fresh cassava tubers
Step 5: Grinding fresh peeled cassava tubers
Step 6: Feeding cassava mash into the plastic bag by manual
Step 7: Fermentation the cassava mash almost 2-3days.
Step 8: Dewater the cassava mash after fermentation
Step 9: Breaking the cassava cake after pressing by manual or mechanical
Step 10: Frying cassava mash,
Step 11: Sieving the fryed garri,separation garri and fiber and different particles.
Step 12: Packing garri
