How to use hydraulic presser for making garri ?

Garri is main food in Western Africa, especially in Nigeria.there is some steps for making garri, such as,washing,peeling, grinding ,pressing ,frying ,and packing. Dewater is one of main part for making garri, hydraulic presser is best choice for that. Normally, they will feeding the fermentation garri into snack,then pressing it.

So how to use hydraulic presser for making garri ? please allow us t explain to you here,

The usage of hydraulic press:

1.The arrows of the inner and outer barrels of the press barrel should be aligned up and down

 

2.Push the filled press barrel directly under the pressing plate, and control the raising and lowering of the pressing plate through the hydraulic operating rod.

3. When pressing down, the position of the pressing barrel must be controlled to prevent the pressing plate from being pressed. The barrel is on the edge.

3. The press time is controlled by process requirements.

4. After the press is completed, the press tray is raised and the press barrel is pushed away from the press tray.

5. When the press plate rises to the highest point, the press plate will stop rising, and the cylinder control rocker should be pulled to the intermediate stop position in time.

6. When working on the pressing plate, the hand or head is strictly prohibited from reaching into the press barrel to prevent pinching and scratching.

7. After the press is completed, push the press barrel to the front end by hand

8. Turn off the power switch after the work is completed.
