In the process of cassava flour production line, the cassava slurry is separated from solid and liquid, so as to achieve the purpose of dehydration. The frame and plates are compressed and released by a hydraulic device, and the electric contact pressure gauge can automatically maintain the pressure.In the processing of cassava plant and cassava project, the application of plate filter press as below,

The design of plate filter press

1. The entire frame is welded by high-strength steel structure to ensure the stable operation and long life of the equipment, so it can withstand high pressure.

2. The equipment is equipped with PLC, relay control and many other safety protection devices, so it can be controlled automatically and easily, and the operator can work safely.

3. The main girder is equipped with a wear-resistant non-metal rail, which is integrated with it.

4. The equipment adopts a bridge-type flexible frame, and the maximum pressure of the equipment is 12MPa
