Cassava roots is a stable good crop and planted it in African Areas,such as Nigeria,Cameroon,Benin,Ghana,Serria Leone,etc. In Africa, cassava roots mainly used for produce the garri food. Garri is stable food in Africa,same as rice or wheat in China. What’s is the equipment used to produce garri from cassava tubers. 1.Local ways
Local ways is more traditional and more human.They just washing & peeling it by women, then grinding it by local machine,after grinding, they using local wood rack with jack to press water, then breaking cake by manual, then building a plate with foundation base, feeding woodfire, then frying it by women. As we known it’s so hot in Nigeria, it’s so easy to heart women. The local ways is more better to suitable house made and small factory.
2.Mechanical ways
Mechanical ways means using machine to produce garri, and garri factory will be more industrialize. When set up a mechanical ways, the capacity is bigger than the local ways,
