What is the installation method of filter press’s filter cloth for cassava flour project?

Filter presses is usually used for solid-liquid separation of suspensions in coal, oil, chemicals, textiles, food, medicine, metallurgy and light industries. In the process of cassava flour production line, the cassava slurry is separated from solid and liquid, so as to achieve the purpose of dehydration. So what is the installation method of filter press’s cloth, the details as below,

Step I: Refer to pictures 1-4

Spread the filter cloths on a clean platform and fold one piece of them, then fold it once again and finally roll it into a cylinder shape.

Step II: Refer to pictures 5

Pass the rolled cylindrical filter cloth through the center bore of filter plate as shown in Picture 5.

Step III: Refer to pictures 6

Unfold and level the filter cloth passed through and hang both pieces of filter cloths on the cloth hanging pins as shown in Picture 6.

Step IV: Refer to pictures 7

Filter cloths on both sides of filter plate shall be tightened with nylon cable ties.As shown in Picture 7.

Note: There is only one piece of filter cloth on anti-corrosion plates of thrust plate and pressing plate, which is required to be hung on the center bore of cloth hanging pin and fixed when installing.
