Garri is stable food in Africa,same as rice or wheat in China. What’s is the equipment used to produce garri from cassava tubers. I would like to introduce local ways and Mechanical ways. 1.Local ways Local ways is more traditional and more human.They just washing & peeling it by women, then grinding it by local machine,after grinding, they using local wood rack with jack to press water, then breaking cake by manual, then building a plate with foundation base, feeding woodfire, then frying it by women. As we known it’s so hot in Nigeria, it’s so easy to heart women.
